What’s For Dinner?

I love the fresh produce and fruits that you can find this time of the year. There are SO many and it doesn’t usually take more than a trip to the local farmer’s market to find some great deals.

This week I got some nectarines and a couple of pounds of green beans. I am cooking them all this morning and also making a meatloaf (my first in years). I added some fresh mushrooms, bell pepper and some quinoa. I used extra lean ground sirloin and I can’t wait to see how it turns out.
