The Name Remains the Same

October 17th, 2009

Have you ever been somewhere and someone asked you for information like your phone number, address or even website information and you couldn’t find a pen or piece of paper? That’s what happened to me recently and I decided that it was time to update my business cards. I had a few of my old cards in my purse, but they were sooo far out of date that the only information that was still valid was my name.

I haven’t ordered any yet, but I think it’s about time to invest in some new ones. Many sites offer free business cards, but sometimes free isn’t free, because they inflate the prices of shipping, and well you know the drill.

One thing is for sure, business cards are fantastic even if you don’t have a business, just for those moments when you’d like to give someone your information and you want to do it quickly. Plus, I know that it’s always much easier for me to keep up with a business card as opposed to information jotted down on a piece of paper. I always lose those.

I’ve just got to come up with a design. I want something a little different. Anyone have any ideas?

i think it’s a great idea. i usually just print my own. nowadays they have quality paper that will separate clean and with straight edges. but i’d be very cautious when handing them out.

congratulations are in order for you!!!:)
