The Best Laid Plans…

I told myself that this trip would be the perfect time for me to shed a few pounds and get back on a healthier eating plan and that was probably not the wisest thought I’ve had in a while. In fact- I’m happy to be able to maintain considering all the great food I’ve found myself introduced to- not to mention all the great chocolate. I’ve been getting exercise- but not as much as I need. One thing is for sure- if I don’t start minding my P’s and Q’s I’m going to need clinical nutritionist austin or something similar by the time the end of October rolls around. I’m trying to practice moderation, but sometimes it’s hard.

    Take the time and enjoy your travels and experiences with your loved ones and don’t add the extra pressure of conquering that poundage. When you are ready I am happy to be your cheer squad and walk that journey with you. But enjoy your moments now.
