New Work-Out Ideas

Since I’ve been eating well and working out again, I’ve been thinking of ways that I can challenge myself when working out. I want to get and keep my heart rate up- but I also don’t want to lothe doing it. Several of my friends have been doing zumba zumba and I wonder how many of you have tried it? I’m thinking it looks fun- and with the right music it could be even better. I figure it’s definitely worth a try- and it should work out areas I probably haven’t thought of.
