Motivated and Inspired

A few days ago my dear friend Sarah talked about how she was up at 5, just so she could make it to a 5:45 work out class at the gym. I know it may sound crazy, but I was inspired by that. I think it would exhaust me, but I do think if I took that time and got up at 6, had breakfast and then did my work out, that it would be done and I’d have no excuses to let anything get in the way during the day. Plus anything else extra I fit in during the day would just be icing on the proverbial calorie burning cake.

I’m considering it. Seriously I am.
