Little Changes

This morning when I was getting out of the bath- I noticed that the walking I’ve been doing as of late is making a difference in how my legs look. My legs are probably the biggest part of my body, and with the walking and whey protein I’ve been drinking regularly- I’m building muscle mass and it’s been the best cellulite treatment I think I could have. Now if I can just continue to push myself forward to that next level- I’ll be so proud. One little step at a time means progress.

    Wizzy, just be consistent over the years and that will work all the wonders you desire. Some days are better than others.
