Just Do It

In spite of my many attempts lately to get back on the exercising bandwagon and making exercise a daily routine again, I’ve been failing miserably. I don’t know what it is, I just haven’t been able to kick myself in the pants to get back with the program.

For the most part, I’ve been eating really well, so I haven’t gained any weight, but I know that I feel better when I exercise PLUS it’s the only way I’m ever going to meet my goal. Someone suggested that I try diet pills for a while, and while I know that works for some people, I’d prefer to really continue with the process I’ve been on.

Anyone want to give me a swift kick in the pants, or come work out with me? Thank goodness for JJ- at least I’m getting some exercise. I’ve got to be like Nike and ‘just do it’. I’ll keep y’all posted.

    Oh, I CAN’T WAIT to start working out again!!!! I am SO ANXIOUS to hop on the elliptical & press play on those DVD’s! Forced inactivity will do that for you! ;)

    I think you will be able to get back into your routine. You just have a lot going on right now. Having brought a new “baby” into the home is stressful (good stress) & demanding though. Things will fall into place. I’d stay away from the diet pills. You have had lots of success already without them. :)

    No need for pills, my friend. You have achieved so much/so far. You are an inspiration. With so many things, I suspect it is a case of JUST doing it. Schedule some time and begin, then go back and do it again the next day. Nothing you don’t already know. I support you 150% per cent. Maggs
